F-ing Pipes, Enough Already

These really are by far the best looking pipes I’ve ever seen for the HD Sportster, but I haven’t been real impressed by Hooker’s engineering and build quality.

Potato, Potato, Potato

Ok, so I ordered the quieter baffles and stuck them in. The baffles that came with the Hooker Troublemakers were hardly baffles at all.

The Pipes

I brought the bike in to Bob’s Harley Davidson yesterday morning, a day early, before my lasik appointment. Shortly thereafter, they called to say they didn’t have the high flow air cleaner I’d wanted put on with the pipes.

Time to pay The Harley Tax

So tomorrow morning, before my lasik, I’ll be bringing my harley to Bob’s Harley Davidson in Fond Du Lac, where I purchased it, to get my new pipes and air cleaner installed.
