I took some advice from my buddy Matt some time ago and migrated my girlfriend to Linux.
She runs much better now. I mean, her computer.
We installed Ubuntu on her laptop and she was so pleased over the next week, I then took the plunge. My laptop had gotten so quirky, bloated and messed up I was fearful I’d lose all the irreplaceable things I had on it. In fact, that’s what had happened to my girlfriend’s laptop.
We are both very pleased, and thankful to Matt for his suggestion. Go to his site and click on some ads, he deserves it.
