My thoughts on HR 1022:
This ban will only hurt law abiding citizens, not criminals. Criminals are criminals because they commit crimes. If a law is made to unreasonably and illegally control access to arms the only citizens who will obey that law will be law abiding citizens. This means the criminals will arm themselves with whatever arms will give them the greatest advantage. Those in leadership who intentionally put the citizenry in jeopardy and at disadvantage do not belong in leadership, and those in these rolls whom participate in the systematic destruction of the fundamental foundations of this country are guilty of treason.

We base our entire existance on the Constitution and The Bill of Rights. We founded a country and a way of life on these values. Our trust in the founding fathers has propelled this country to become the greatest nation ever to have existed. If they were so right about everything else, how could the 2nd Amendment be wrong?
Beware the slippery slope. Always fight the erosion of your rights. Your favorite right is next.
